High school diploma or equivalent; Trade Certificate or minimum 5 years experience in commercial facility maintenance and repairs. Requires experience in HVAC, Boilers, Jacuzzi pumps, lighting, etc. Services, troubleshoots, monitors and replaces equipment, parts, motors, etc as needed. Completes work orders and PM schedules, detailed weekly and equipment repair logs. Performs general maintenance as required or assigned. Able to plan jobs/projects; research parts and materials. Valid driver’s license and must be able to operate golf cart safely; sitting for up to 7 hrs. per day.
Pay Rate: $16.00/Hr
High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years customer service or golf experience preferred. Attention to detail, mobility to walk or climb, and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. continuously. Valid driver’s license and ability to operate golf cart safely. Schedule includes days, nights, weekends and holiday shifts. Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. Pay Rate $18.00/hr
