High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 2 year customer service/retail and cash handling experience required. Must be computer literate for POS and Tee Time reservation systems; requires excellent oral and written communication in Japanese and English languages to speak in person, by phone and email; attention to detail, able to multi-task in fast paced environment and lift up to 20 lbs. Schedule shifts include days, nights, weekends and holidays.
