Administration HR Administrative Assistant FT 103-22-01 Associate degree or certification in HR with 1-2 years related experience required.  Knowledge of principles and practices of HR, efective oral/written communication and organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills and computer proficiency required.  Must be able to muti-task to assist HR Director, service employee requests and questions, recruitment and interviewing process, special event planning, research projects, data entry bulletins, etc.
Assistant Golf Professional Golf FT 304-21-03 Apprentice of the PGA of America or LPGA; passed PAT and registered in the PGM; high school diploma or equivalent; 3 years golf or related customer service experience.  Basic knowledge of Windows, point-of-sale and tee times software required; assists in the operation of the golf course and golf shop, starter, marshal, tee time reservations, tournament operations, golf lessons and retail merchandising.
Cart Mechanic Golf PT 307-21-01 High School diploma or equivalent; 4 or more years hands on experience in electric golf cart repair; drivers license required. Must be able to use basic hand tools, power tools, lift 50 lbs.  Excellent communication; reading, writing and oral proficiency in the the English language.

Golf OC 308-21-01 High school diploma or equivalent; 2 yrs golf guest service related experience required.  Japanese language preferred.  Excellent communication skills, ability to manage course pace of play in an efficient, effective, friendly and professional manner.  Works well under pressure.  Knowledge of golf etiquette required.  Valid driver's license and must be able to operate golf cart safely; sitting for up to 7 hrs. per day.
Outside Guest Services OGS/Golf FT 314-22-01 Two years customer service experience in golf industry preferred; ability to service and interact with guests, lift golf bags up to 50 lbs. continously, attention to detail, valid driver's license, and able to safely operate golf cart required; excellent oral and written communication skills; works outdoors; schedule shifts include days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Chemical Spray Tech 2 Grounds-Maintenance FT 510-21-01 High school diploma or equivalent; requires knowledge of golf course maintenance, operations and equipment; minimum one year experience with fertilizer, pesticide and/or herbicide use preferred.  Excellent communication skills required. Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
Groundskeeper Grounds-Maintenance FT 511-22-01 High school diploma or equivalent; basic knowledge of the construction, reconstruction of golf courses, building structures and landscape care.  One year hands on training or experience preferred.  Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
Irrigation Technician Grounds-Maintenance FT 508-22-01 High school diploma or equivalent; requires knowledge of golf course maintenance, operations and equipment; 18 months turf grass and irrigation control network or similar experience preferred.  Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
Director of Retail Retail FT 321-22-01 BA degree; minimum 3 years retail buying and merchandising experience in golf or resort preferred. Management, inventory, merchandising, budget, excellent communication and problem solving skills/experience required. Must be computer literate in Microsoft Windows, point-of-sale and inventory software. Possesses strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
