Shipping Policy

Products are shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days from receipt of order (exception holidays). Please allow 7-10 days of transit time from Hawaii to the Continental US-East Coast. Ko Olina Golf Club is not liable for shipping delays. Shipping costs are for U.S. orders; international orders are not accepted at this time. Requests for expedited shipping will be at an additional cost.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Ko Olina Online Store purchase, you may return the merchandise for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of purchase not including shipping costs. Return the item with a copy of the invoice and original packaging. In the unlikely event that you received the wrong item or is defective, we will credit you the purchase price of the item, applicable taxes, original shipping costs and cost you incurred in shipping the product back to us.
